Refund Policy

At Miguel’s Cleaning Crew, customer satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services during every visit. Because our services are performed manually and tailored to each home, all payments for completed cleanings are generally non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service. Once we receive your concern, we will review the issue and, if appropriate, offer a re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only in rare situations where a re-clean is not possible or appropriate, and solely at our discretion. If we arrive at your property and cannot gain entry due to customer error, or if the home’s condition requires significantly more time or labor than described during booking, the visit may be charged in full or a cancellation fee may apply, and no refund will be provided. Pre-paid or recurring service plans are non-refundable but may be rescheduled when possible. Any disputes regarding payments must be addressed directly with us before contacting your bank or payment processor, as unauthorized chargebacks may result in additional fees. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. By booking a service with Miguel’s Cleaning Crew, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
