All service prices provided online, through estimates, or over the phone are based on the information you give us and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or needs of the property differ upon arrival. Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged, and late or failed payments may result in cancellation of future bookings until the balance is settled. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment; last-minute cancellations may result in a fee to compensate for time and scheduling losses. If our cleaners arrive at the property and are unable to gain access, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation and may be subject to a fee. Customers are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning; while we take great care in every home, Miguel’s Cleaning Crew is not liable for damage to items that were not properly stored or were already in fragile condition. We also reserve the right to refuse service in any situation that presents a safety or health risk to our staff. All cleaning results depend on the condition of the home, the type of surfaces, and the level of buildup; therefore, we do not guarantee the removal of deep stains, excessive damage, mold, or issues requiring specialized equipment. Any concerns about service must be reported within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the property of Miguel’s Cleaning Crew and may not be copied or used without permission. While we strive to keep our website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all information will always be complete or error-free, and we reserve the right to update pricing, policies, or services at any time without prior notice.
